Welcome to AMA.

I’m Andrea Maugeri, a London-based, RIBA-accredited architect. My work focuses on residential projects, with particular experience in listed buildings and conservation areas.

​

I approach architecture through careful design, material understanding, and close attention to detail, with sustainability treated as a practical part of the process rather than a label.

Much of my work involves helping clients navigate complexity early on, before decisions become fixed and costly to change.

I provide a full range of architectural services, from early feasibility and planning advice through to detailed design, construction support, interior architecture, and project coordination.

Alongside my work, I host the podcast Secrets Behind the Finishes, where I share practical insight into how residential projects really work, and where projects commonly go wrong, to help homeowners make clearer, more informed decisions from the outset.
